Knoxville, TN – The Mark Padgett for Mayor campaign announced today that Padgett will participate in a candidate forum on Tuesday, April 12. Sponsored by the University of Tennessee’s College Republicans and College Democrats, the forum will cover a variety of topics facing the city of Knoxville.
