2011Knoxville Journal: Padgett continuing to earn trust on campaign trail

Knoxville mayoral candidate Mark Padgett started out his day impressed. 

 

As he walked into Remedy Coffee and Conversation on West Jackson Avenue, he placed his order for Moroccan Mint coffee and then noticed a huge room in the back of the shop.

 

“Wow, this place is huge!” Padgett said, realizing that it was a space where worship services are held each Sunday as part of KnoxLife Church. 

 

As impressed as he was with the big space that Remedy Coffee had, he is continuing to hope to impress voters on Election Day as Knoxville’s new mayor.
