Mark believes the one thing Knoxville can't afford to get wrong over the next decade is growing jobs and our economy. As Mayor, Mark will:
Support businesses that already call Knoxville home.
Establish Knoxville as a great place to start a business by supporting entrepreneurs (

Promote education initiatives focused on literacy, mentoring, graduation rates, and gang prevention (

Support historic preservation.
3. Transparent, Accessible and Efficient Government
Mark believes cutting waste and inefficiencies in city government will allow Knoxville to redirect investment to programs and services we care most about. As Mayor, Mark will:
Protect taxpayer dollars.
Cut waste and inefficiencies.
Increase and simplify online access to services and records.
Foster open and transparent community dialogue.
4. Downtown Knoxville - Everyone's Neighborhood
